The Expired Parking Meter Grave Marker is located in the small cemetery southeast of the Florida Baptist Church on Church Street in Florida, MA.
Long Description:
The Expired Parking Meter Grave Marker was originally erected over the grave of Gordy Burdick (July 2, 1952 - January 28, 2003). Later he was joined by his wife Joyce Burdick (November 11, 1952 - July 8, 2011.
Each has their own brass plate riveted to the parking meter.
Below Joyce's name is the inscription:
If there's ever a time
I can not be with you,
keep me in your
heart and mind and
I will always be there.
